  8. all the files provided in or with !CPC, except the BASIC, OS and
  9. AMSDOS ROM images, and the FrontEnd module.  The BASIC and OS ROM images
  10. are copyright Amstrad and Locomotive Software, and are distributed with
  11. their kind permission.  The AMSDOS ROM image is copyright Amstrad and
  12. Digital Research (Novell), and is distributed with their kind permission
  13. (well, Amstrad's at least...).  The FrontEnd module is copyright Acorn,
  14. and is distributed with their kind permission.

  19. You may only use !CPC for your own personal and non-commercial purposes. 
  20. You may not make !CPC available to third parties.  This includes passing
  21. copies on to acquaintances, downloading to FTP sites/BBSs, adding to
  22. PD/shareware libraries and copying to CD.  You may not make any modified
  23. versions of !CPC available to third parties, though you may use them
  24. yourself.  If you come up with useful modifications, please contact me!

  26. !CPC at your own risk; you are advised to save all your work before
  27. launching !CPC.
